The Frying Pan Hits the Road - 12/11/2006

The world's first electric guitar travels to Ireland
In the middle of November, we packed up the original fying pan for a overseas trip to Ireland. The Frying Pan is currently appearing at "RockChic - The Life and Times of the Electric Guitar 1931-2006," which opened on November 23rd.

This exhibition will be on display at The Riding School, National Museum of Ireland - Decorative Arts & History, Collins Barracks until Sunday, 21st January 2007.

The collection also features instruments associated with rock’s greatest musicians, including the likes of Carlos Santana, Van Morrison, Phil Lynott, and Jimi Hendrix.

Thursday 10am - 8pm
Friday – Saturday 10am - 5pm
Sunday 2pm - 5pm
Closed Mondays (incl. bank holidays)
