if anything, this forum has taught me about all the fish varieties of the Pacific Ocean, and how one becomes a bigger fish as time passes.
There is only one fish I like to eat, and that is the Red Snapper, found in the Caribbean and Atlantic waters.
I like it fried in oil with onions.
