i would love to see another 4080 (or the equivalent) but i think the double neck guitar thing has mostly died down so producing them would probably be unprofitable.

I tend to think you're right, but I have been seeing alot of new double and triple neck guitars ( many of questionable quality) lately. I don't like the idea of more than two necks on one instrument though. I think people use those because they think it impresses the audience.

I would like to see the 4080 again, as well as the double neck. 6/12 guitar 4/8 bass and a 4080/12 model we could all dream of. Without the lifetime wait for a left handed model.
Does anyone have a good pic. of a 4002? I'd like to see one of those.

I'd like to see an exact replica of John Lennon's 1st 325 when he used it in Washington D.C

Took a break from the Forum - got ready to
buy a 325C58JG - now it's Gone.. the Guitar
that made it happen for Ric .. What Happened ?

I saw Lennon @ The Boston Garden Sept. 13, 1964 -
front row.

He didn't use the available '64 guitar.

I've really liked the old 330s, two or three pickups with vibrato. I can make those talk and love what they do. No other guitars do that!

I want a 12 string, 3-pickup, Mapleglo CAPRI of the 1950's. And I want it left-handed please, but with the strings right-handed, because that's how I play.

There a 4080 on ebay now I noticed.
I also dug up a pic of a friend playing a 4080/12 in a Genesis tribute several years ago:
