Hi I recently bought my first Rickenbacker 2019 model in midnight blue, 2003. I have noticed that the pick up selector switch when on the Standard input, has no sound when switched to the neck pick up and when on the mono input, does not sound when in the bridge pick up.
I have learned that it appears that the sound should be produced for both stereo and mono inputs on all 3 selections.
The bass is under warranty but I bought it from a dealer in Scotland and had it couriered to my home in the south of England.
Who do I contact for clarification as I believe this is an issue and as it only 1 year old, and an ex demo, a bit concerned. Cheers

Not sure that would still be under warranty, but you should send an email to Rickenbacker Service Dept. Regardless, I would think any decent guitar technician should be able to correct the problem.
