Sounds great!, Looks Great! But on the lower back from the edges for about 3-4 inches in with the right light you can see where it looks a little duller. The clear coat seems intact. Is this an issue? Do they polish these before shipment?

Presumably you've already spoken with customer service before posting here as we request?

In any case, given the description, this is likely "case burn", where the guitar jostled back and forth during a particular rough and repetitive ride during shipping. The full gloss factory polish should be quite easy to restore with a little bit of guitar polish, using the various procedures and recommended polish as shown in the owner's manual and/or the myriad posts on this topic with a search of this forum.
