I just got the new Bass Guitar magazine today. Great articles on Geddy (on the cover) Squire (cool pics of him w/ his Rick), and Geezer Butler (Reunion of Dio fronted Sabbath, Dio used to be a bass player, who knew?) Great issue! Too bad Geddy's not holding his Rick on the cover, but there is an older picture of his Jetglo. Ahh, the good old days!

Hold onto it! I believe it's the final issue.

Wow! I hadn't heard that. Lately I like it more than Bass Player magazine, which has been around for almost 20 years. If that's true, I'm sorry to see it go.

Don't I feel like a retard; I thought there was only one bass magazine (Bass Player). Huh.

My understanding is that the remainder of a subscription will be filled with issues of Guitar World.

I don't know if that final issue is on newsstands yet but I'm going to see if I can find a copy.

As great as he is, and I mean great, Geddy just doesn't look as cool with his Jazz bass as he did with the 4001.

Well I struck out today trying to find a copy, none of the places I went to had it. The guitar store near my house doesn't carry any guitar or bass magazines.

Anyone know if Guitar Center, Borders, or Barnes & Noble carries it?
