hello folks, i have a 1986 320 which has been cased for about 15 years with the wild notion of modifying it w/accent and toasters at some point. well, that point is closer to arriving and as i look at it now, i have some questions.
did the 320/325 line have their headstocks re-enlarge at some point after the slimming down in '64? i have it side by side to a '66 420, which has a much smaller head stock. i also have a '65 330 with a slimmer headstock. i know that during the 80's there were B and V reissues... did the non-reissue models, like this 320, get a headstock overhaul by default? (and would that have meant the earlier reissues were thinner than the real 58's?)
also, the 420, 330 and a couple 12 bangers i own have two truss rods. did the 320/325's have only one (as this one does) because there is less tension on a 3/4? sorry for so many questions on my first post and thanks for reading this far.
