Hello,
I purchased a used 2001 Turquoise 360 With Toaster pickups form a GC in Nashville. I can't find any info on it and was wondering if anyone knew if there were a lot of these came stock with toaster pickups. I assume so. I have seen some Turquoise 360's with the high gains and not the toasters. Does Rickenbacker produce a certain amount of Turquoise Ricks every year?
It's a beautiful guitar and the toasters are so bright and Rock N Roll sounding. I totally dig it. I also own a 350V63 and it has 3 toasters and doesn't sound as Bright. It has a unique woody sound to me a bit more warm.
Anyone know anything. About the turquoise 360's with Toasters?

I think it was a popular option back when you could order it directly from the factory. A store here in Houston used to order all of their Rickenbackers with toaster pickups.

That was a color of the year, so rare. And it was made back when special orders were excepted, hence the toasters. Congrats
I have a special order 1997 360/6 FG with toasters, vintage tuners and clear TRC in a reissue case. The good old days!
