350v63 - Double Bound(checkerboard binding)
Rose Morris "F" sound hole
Gold pick guard + TRC
FireGlo or Montezuma Brown (I'd have to have both)

As long as we're Dreaming, my brother would like:

370/12 - Checkerboard Binding
Wide Neck like 660/12+1993Plus
Toaster Pickups
Gold PG+TRC
MapleGlo

He was hoping that Ric would come out with the 360/12 with a the wide neck this year, but the only thing new was a 5-string bass.

So keep on dreaming, because that is all it will be. "Business as Usual"- they are too busy filling orders for the "same Old thing" than to care about us "True Ric Guys"!
I said it before, and I'll say it again - Great company, great product, NO foresight for cool - new guitars! :o

That said, I have to say that the 660/12 and the 1993Plus (both with the wider neck) were great additions to the Rickenbacker line.
I do not understand why they don't make the wide neck standard for ALL of the 12 string models.
Most of the guys I know and have or had a 12-string Ric said they loved the guitar, but sold it because the neck was just too narrow and hard to play.
Just makes good business sense, but obviously it doesn't matter, they are doing just fine with what they are doing.
"Don't fix it if it isn't Broke" (I Guess)!! :?

Too many to list. F series anyone?

I also would like to see "cool, new guitars":
-A completely re-thought and slightly shrunken 481.
-A 24 fret 620.
-New pickup designs with broad frequency response and a fat lead boost of some sort. One that retains the vintage pickup advantages yet allows for smooth lead distortion sound (I know, HB-1s. Am I missing something about the HB 1s? Coil split perhaps? Or phase reversal?).

"One of these days"

One of these days is a 330 Amber Fireglo. Finally pulled the trigger on a new old stock model and it's being delivered next week. Some things really are worth waiting for..!

I would like to post a slight correction. I may have implied I don't like the tone of the HB1 humbucker. This is not correct. The design of this pickup is to allow for a high gain lead tone that is low noise. In this way, I find the tone to be very classic Rick, with the required change. Wonderful pickup. I have 3 guitars with these.

So, to stay on topic. My one of these days guitars would be any new design by RIC. And also a number of vintage ones!

a 381 Jetglo. AFAIK, in Spain there is only one, and she belongs to Nacho García Vega, playing in Nacha Pop. I had the pleasure to try her some five years ago when my band played with them.
