My 83 620/6 says "Model 620" on the TRC.What years did Rickenbacker use model specific TRC?

TRC = Truss Rod Cover. I'd be interested to know the years, too. My 1980 360WB was marked as Model 360 on the TRC. That TRC never rested flat against the headstock, it was slightly warped. Years ago I installed a vintage TRC because I always preferred that look. Still have the old TRC though.

At least on the basses I believe they started during the early 70's and stopped during the early to mid 80's. My 4001's from 1972 to 1979 plus my 81 4003 have the model numbers on them. I like those little touches.

My 1974 has the way cool plexi TRC w/ model number & my 78 has the modern looking TRC, but still has the model number.

I do prefer the look of the model number on the TRC too...
