Hi Folks Thanks in advance for the help. I’m buying a 360V64/6 or a Rose Morris and would like to know which one you’ll choose and what are you happy with. I’m playing beatles in a cover band by now with a gretsch (Lennon part) but I also play Tom Petty, and rythm for some British pop rock Do both have 12K toasters? Morris do but also the V64? Both are similar price. I’m playing with a 1964 Vox and a 65 Princeton reverb.
I do appreciate your comments!!

Sorry I read old posts and latest V64s have 7.4 toasters. Anyway I can buy a 94 or a 99 V64, so I can choose hot vs low toasters
But My main doubt is if buying a Rose Morris or a V64 Thanks again!

I had a V64 12-string back in the '90s and it was a great sounding guitar. Wish I would have kept it now, those were really nice models. The 6 string is even harder to find, I'd probably go with that. Cheers!

I would definitely purchase the V64. The Rose Morris "mystique" is essentially the F hole; both models have Toasters, but the V64 has Double Binding, which looks magnificent. The RM is essentially a 330.

The only advantage of 70's semi hollow rickenbackers is if you can find one with a 21 fret neck and toasters, that would give you the Townshend Ric sound. He used(broke) alot of Rose Morris Ric(like a 330 but it has an F shaped sound hole instead of a slash).Paul Weller of the Jam used a 330 with High Gains.New Ric 330s and 360's have 24 frets which means that the neck pickup is closer to the bridge giving it a slightly different sound according to some Rick collectors(I don't think it is a big deal).
